Just a quick line to say many thanks for the lovely hospitality last week- couldn’t have asked for more and everything you told us about Skye was true!
We’ll be back next year for sure- We can’t wait!
Your home is situated in the most beautiful corner of Scotland… the hospitality was second to none. Look forward to returning in the coming months.

Hi Tasha & Johnny,
I just want to say thank you again for my stay and welcome at your lovely home at Loch Bay. It was very much appreciated.
The rest of my holiday was also very good both scenic and accomodation.
I love your country and its friendly people and only hope I am able to return again one day. I would love to return to your B & B and Loch Bay.
Thank you also for the information to go on further to the end of the road.
I left Manchester Friday night at 9.00 pm , arrived in Sydney at 6.00am Sunday morning. Good flight. After another plane to Melbourne, a bus to Bendigo where my wife met me, we then had a car trip of 200 kms to Swan Hill, arriving around 7.00 pm Sunday night. A long day!!!!! A bit weary still tonight, Tuesday.
Thank you again and with kind regards.
Hi Johnny and Tash.
Just a quick line to say thanks for looking after us on our trip. Tash the veggie breakfast was spot on.
Johnny it was the fisrt time i met you and made me feeel really welcome when i turned up first, thanks for the brew. hope all goes well for you both hope to meet again
Just wanted to say that we stayed next door at a self catering cottage during the month of March in 2010 while Tash’s B&B was closed and she was so gracious with her time. She gave us tips on where to eat and shop and places to walk. She was just lovely and very welcoming. She was very busy with new construction, but took time to visit with us on our daily walks. I am sure that she runs a wonderful B&B and we cannot wait to go back to the most beautiful place on earth.
The is what BnB’s should be. Tash and Johnny take great pride in welcoming guests in their BnB. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfasts delicious. When we mentioned it would be nice to have natural yogurt, the next day there it was on the table! No fuss, no fanfare just natural hospitality. We’ve been to many places where BnB is just a cash machine, not so Loch Bay BnB. We highly recommend it.
Dear Tash and Johnny
Just a note to say how much we enjoyed the two nights stay at your B&B. Lovely view, great hospitality and a breakfast to die for. You both made us feel at home and local knowledge helped us enjoy our few days in Skye to the utmost.
We’ll be back next year.
Hi Tash and Johnny
Finally got mum and aunt Edna away home and have a minute to thank you for a lovely stay! You are both perfect people to run and bed and breakfast and aswell as being extreemly hospitable and excellent cooks you patience with the “oldies” was comandable!!!! Colin and I are definately planning to come back next year and once I get his rota for next year I will be in touch to book. The oldies are also asking me to bring them back so beware they shall return!!!
Dear Tash & Johnny
I am writing to thank you both kindly for the absolutely lovely stay that my father and I had in your B&B on Monday 1 August 2011. We found your B&B to be really stunning with a fantastic room and one of the best breakfasts we have ever experienced the following morning. We also enjoyed the freedom of being able to ‘come and go’ as we pleased; there was no pressure to be back for a certain time and we felt that this created a very relaxed and welcoming environment.
I anticipate that we will be on Skye in the not too distant future, either heading across from the Outer Hebrides or spending time in the area. I certainly hope that you will be able to accommodate us again in future as we thoroughly enjoyed your kind hospitality and excellent facilities.
Many thanks once again for a great stay!
With kind regards,
Ewan C Armstrong
